This place is super clean, and the breakfast is amazing; the location is great, just a short walk from a major shopping center, and it's only a 26-minute drive from the airport.

The venue's position was central. This good basic hotel was 500 metres from the underground station. Had updated, quiet room that was absolutely spotless so the carpet was also likely to be well cleaned.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be better being close to a Chinese restaurant, Metrotown, and a wholesale grocery store.

Our room was well-appointed with quick wifi, and we greatly enjoyed having access to wake-up service...

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast is very good for Canadian standards. Bus stop right in front of the house and therefore great connection to all public transport. Rooms are in the inner courtyard and therefore very quiet, despite the location directly on the main road.

This spot served as the perfect base for our wedding, providing a welcoming and central location near a Chinese restaurant and Vancouver's downtown.

The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall and the Skytrain; the staff are friendly and helpful.

Located close to the sky train and close to deer lake park, also a mall is within walking distance. Restaurants (a lot of Chinese, one white spot...) accessible. Many parking spaces, fast on highway 1. good free care products

The breakfast or the room is uncomfortable, a lot of finished goods and e.g. no cheese. But waffles and pancakes... No kettle in the room.

The staff was very friendly and courteous.

The services were exceptional, the staff was awesome, the pool area was great, and the location was marvelous near malls, supermarkets.

This place has an amazing restaurant with delicious dinner options and the bathroom is sparkling clean with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Location

Breakfast - Understaffed, limited choices, poor layout and flow of people trying to access food. Only 2 young gentlemen working who were doing their best to keep up with the demands but way too busy for only 2 people to manage. Unless you have a reason to be at this location, I would not recommend. Maybe once the renovations are complete things will improve.

Free parking right in front of the door - that is a big plus! The rooms were clean and functional, the breakfast was comparatively sumptuous by Canadian standards.
